Thanks for the feedback. I am really sorry these cards did not arrive to you. I cannot see any emails from you in regards to this order on our system.  I have emailed you so we can get this problem resolved for you. I hope we can rectify the bad experience you have had. Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear the poor experience you have had with card Factory. As an online site we do work independently from the stores, so we can only deal with the issues faced online. I do apologise on behalf of the store you visited. Unfortunately the stores do require the confirmation email  to be inflated any balloons brought online, i am sorry you were not notified about this before hand. 

I am also very sorry you had to purchase another balloon. I have issued a refund for balloon you purchased online. I hope this makes the negative experience you've had a little better. This is not our usual level of service, i hope you do decide to order with us again so we can provide a better experience and level of service to you.
