Simple, easy to follow and concise. It highlighted the areas and points I wanted to have covered as part of my reason for choosing the extended warranty and UK/European recovery rescue packages.
Extremely frustrating. I had to chase BMW to send me confirmation and details of who to ring in the event of a breakdown. This is not the service I expect from BMW
