BMW should offer a 2 and 3 year warranty extension so one does not need to faff around each year and also see year on year increases. It would be good if they could offer no claims discount as well

The BMW Insured Warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures of the vehicle, as corrosion is not a mechanical or electrical failure it is a listed exclusion as per page 22 of your policy handbook.
