Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and understand why attending twice and receiving a partially completed report was frustrating.
When some blood results are inconclusive, our priority is to make available the results that are confirmed as soon as possible, rather than delay everything. That said, we appreciate that in your case it would have been helpful to explain this more clearly and set expectations that the full report would follow once repeat tests were completed. I’m sorry this wasn’t communicated better.
I also apologise for the issues with your second booking, including not allowing sufficient time for all tests and the subsequent need to change venues. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared so this can be reviewed and improved.

Bluecrest does not directly apply Vitality points. Our role is to provide the assessment and confirm completion; Vitality then calculate and apply the points to your account. This process can take up to 30 days from the date of your assessment.
If it has been longer than this or you would like an update on the status, we would recommend contacting Vitality directly, as they are best placed to assist with points-related queries.
