Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand why this left you feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.
We have tried to contact you to discuss this further, apologise directly, and gain a better understanding of what happened, but unfortunately we’ve not yet been able to reach you.
You should always feel listened to, respected, and treated as an individual during your assessment. While our Health Assessment Specialists do have a responsibility to inform customers about optional additional tests that may be relevant, this should never come at the expense of understanding your personal situation or making you feel pressured. We are also sorry to hear that the appointment felt rushed and that it appeared your concerns were not given the attention they deserved.
Your feedback is being taken seriously and will be raised internally so this can be reviewed appropriately. We would really welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, talk through your concerns in more detail, and see how we can put this right.

I’m very sorry that the venue did not feel clean or well organised, and particularly that the blood draw left you in pain and caused you to faint. That must have been a very distressing experience, and I understand why being told you would need to return on another day would have felt frustrating and inconvenient after what you’d already been through.
