Thought service was a lot to be desired placed order 31 dec 2020 had not been delivered by 20th jan 2021 so called to find out the problem you did not place my order until after I called so finally...
I placed the order in the middle of December and paid extra for next day service. I only received the blinds on the 12th of February.
Somehow they missed the order and even after that it still took...
Without swearing it’s difficult to express what we think of this company. We ordered on the 9th of December they do not reply to emails other than with standard pre-written rubbish they do not answer...
