Awful, extremely slow and l got fobbed off. Tried to refund me, but not my refund amount and mixed me up with another person!

We are happy with the quality of the shutters supplied by Blinds Direct. If you can install your own shutters this is a good value European manufactured product. Delivery was not as quick as stated...

I ordered two blinds in different colours, the delivery came and I had two blinds in the same colour. Thankfully customer service was good and they send me a replacement in the right colour.

Excellent service, everything included in the box, no missing parts.
