Thank you for leaving a review about the service from our Online Store. We always expect to deliver a high standard of service, and I can only apologise if this was not the case. Your Wooden Arbour is dispatched directly from our supplier, so I am sorry if you have not received any updates with regards to it’s delivery. I completely appreciate how frustrating this must be. I understand our Customer Care colleagues have been in touch to apologise and explain that your Arbour is scheduled for delivery on the 16th June – I appreciate this is a long time to wait and unfortunately we are currently unable to arrange an earlier delivery date; the warm weather has seen a great demand for outdoor furniture which has impacted delivery times. We are so sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience you have been caused but thank you for bringing this to our attention if we can be of any further assistance in the meantime then then please get in touch.
