I ordered my product over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and very helpful. My order was placed on the Friday and delivered on the Monday. One very satisfied customer.

The cabinet is lovely well made and easy to put up and works well.
I thought I might get delivery next day but had to wait a couple of days was informed of delay. It was well packed and suffered no...
I have ordered a cabinet it is not suitable , all I want is a exchange. I have been told I have to pay for the return myself which will be expensive , even though it says 365 no quibble exchange...

Hello Andrea,
I am very sorry it does seem as though you have been given incorrect information.
If you are exchanging an item we charge a fee of £15/£20 depending on the size of the item, this is for the collection of the item you do not want.
If the item you are exchanging to costs less than the original we will refund the difference.

Hi I phoned up on multiple occasions and really you was very un helpful , you just specified that it was entirely up to me to get the item to you with no help at all from you . It cost me £27 to return the item so after you being so unhelpful I didn't want a exchange I wanted a refund . Then I had to phone a couple of times to chase that up . And as I stated I only ended up with this cabinet because the first one I ordered was out of stock even though you had already taken my money . I have read some of the reviews about your company and they are all glowing but I had a problem and I just wanted to exchange and your returns procedure is terrible .

Yes I am glad to hear that because I wouldn't want anybody else go through the hassle I did, it was very stressful and annoying . Yes it was miscommunication but in your part , and in all honesty this doesn't help now , I still had to go out and get another cabinet , and it still cost me £27
Very quick delivery,the cabinets are very well packaged with an outer box protecting the main box.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
Rather frustrated with the website. It didn't say what it meant on the delivery. In stock and 48 hour delivery on the page and then 3 days later they finally tell us the cabinet will be another 2...

On this occasion we can see you opted for a full refund, this was issued from our accounts on the 30th Jan, and should therefore now show up in your account. All refunds can take 3-5working days before they show back in the customers account.
