Initially there were a few hiccups however once a dialogue was started with BCW their service to customers kicked in. The cabinet was received within 48 hours and is of very good quality and well worth the money we paid. Equally we cannot fault Jack who works at BCW whose efforts to resolve the issue soonest was much appreciated.
