Staff are great, my axa poorly managed
Initial service was excellent when buying my policy. Their online 'my axa' service was not well managed and had flaws (if you have two policies you can not actually view them both or get a cover...
Great insurance and such a good help with customers... always does there best with the customers

Horrific.... 'all for the want of a nail'
Awful. Rang three times. Told each time that household were dealing with too many calls and didn't have time to speak.
Customer service was great, the price for my insurance was fair and I get everything I need
