need better reservation service
To book our stay was easy and stress free but to book our restaurant reservation wasn't good because it was for a birthday meal with 20 people emailed got no reply so had to book 3 tables separately...

Superb experience. Food not so good.
Lovely little touches, the book and accommodation was superb. The splash park was great, but your website said cameras were allowed but this was not the case. Food was ok (no sweetners for tea!?)...
