The lady was very helpful even though we missed out one of the children and adding on waterpark tickets. She telephoned to sort it all out. I think it would be useful to offer complete packages...

a little ticky
I did find it a little tricky as we wanted to book hotel only as we have merlin passes and did not need tickets, it only seemed to bring up stay with theme park tickets-

Initial problems
Difficult finding the link for booking the hotel with Merlin passes.Then there was a problem with payment. Tried the next day without any issues

over priced!
Very quick and efficient online. Staff at reception, check in could do with smiling more, they looked like it was a chore to be at work.
