Stay on a hotel not on site
Was not able to pay for booking online
I had to ring up at my own expense this poor as you've received my custom
Then the accommodation was poor not even a tea spoon in the room to stir the tea...

Lovely staff did everything to help me
Fab experience when telephone customer service as I have a disabled child and the young lady couldn't help me more she was fantastic
