Excellent customer service staff
I had to amend my booking under sad circumstances and the 2 ladies I spoke to were the most kind and patient customer service people that I have ever spoken to.

Misleading
Hi I thought it was confusing as on your main website it says 2 days park entry for 1 on all short breaks, then when we actually placed the order it says it is only on certain ones. Very misleading

I would suggest a few more discount options, or even offering discount especially to someone who have been more than once.
