I wasn't able to use my promotional code on the website so I had to ring the number. They were very helpful and sorted it all out very quickly.

It took me ages to get through then I was on the phone 41 Minutes so I hung up!! I rang the following day and ended up leaving a message for a call Back but never got one!!

Easy but a little slow
A little slow to load what I'd available and it showed hotels available and then not. But I used live chat which Jamie was very helpful although she did give me the wrong check in out times.

Quick and easy process
Lots of options when booking which caused me some confusion as I wanted 2for1 and to book a short break. Once I found the correct option it was an easy and quick process.

Easy and great value for money
Ease of use was amazing and really easy navigation.
Value for money was insane and could not be beaten!!

Easy but Merlin pass discounts not properly applied
Was easy to book room only with me Merlin pass. But it didn't apply discounts to the activities.
