Not happy bunny
We booked the space ship room on booking was told we'd be given 2 double beds when we arrived we had 2 singles beds put together an a double an an cot bed which we didnt ask for then the heating...

Big issue booking online, however the operative on the phone was extremely helpful. Was 11p a minute for the privilege however
