Thank you for taking the time to send us your thoughts on this tour. We are glad that you found the organisation and service to be of a high standard and we're delighted that local guide Andras and our Tour Manager Frances worked well. We highly value customer feedback as this helps us to improve our product for the future.

We have communicated your comments to our Tour Director Patrick, and he felt that, on this occasion, there were fewer points during the tour when he was able to make a significant contribution owing particularly to unexpected last-minute closures - and this is something we will bear in mind in the future.

Wonderful but not for the physically challenged!

A full and very enjoyable week over the Christmas period. Excellent hotel with good accommodation. Food was good especially for our two celebratory meals. The pace of the holiday was perhaps a little...

The arrangements were all smooth and well organised, and the Tour Manager organised everything very well. Some of the timings were awkward and could have been dealt with better.
