Many thanks for travelling on this tour and taking the time to send us your feedback. We are glad that you found the tour a wonderful experience overall, particularly the hosting, role of the local guides, and opportunity to see places you would not have been able to visit independently. We do appreciate that the itinerary is full - we endeavour to give travellers a rich and comprehensive experience of Uzbekistan, however we do try to be mindful of balancing this with more relaxed periods. We will factor your comments on this, alongside those of other travellers, into our future planning to ensure that this balance is right. Thank you also for your hotel and meals feedback. It can be tricky to secure hotels that meet typical western standards in some of the locations we visit, and while we conduct risk assessments for all properties and endeavour to secure the best available options, we also respond to customer feedback and change accommodation where we feel it has fallen below our expectation. Meals can also feel a little repetitive at times, and by their nature are subject to local practices, menus and customs, however we will continue to review this element of the tour to maximise customer enjoyment. We apologise that it appears that you did not see the Practical Information booklet which included detailed guidance as part of the customer tour packs, on changing money, laundry, flight check-in and seating. We would like to contact you directly to identify why you did not see this document, or to discuss how we can make the information more visible.
