Helpful advisers, particularly around medical declarations. Comprehensive cover for most medical conditions and competitive prices. In the past I have used the claims service which was excellent.

The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful but the insurance quote I was given was 3 times higher than all the other quotes I got.
