I haven’t received my travel insurance documentation which is supposed to have already arrived a week and a half ago at my address which has stopped me from giving 4 stars

The girl who answered our call was very helpful indeed and patient with our various questions. She also had to repeat some information as we both wear hearing aids.

Very good

It was precise and to the point. Didn't take too long as I was renewing.

Renewal on line was straightforward. Loyalty discount appreciated.
