Thank you from your comments, We do try to replenish our best selling sizes as often as possible and Lord is one of them, however at certain times of the season with their popularity then can be a period of time when the stock levels are lower. We hope you are happy with the shoes, they are definitely one of our favourites.

I was a little disappointed with the delivery options. I wanted the boots for a birthday gift. Although free delivery is excellent the choice to pay for next day would be better.

We can appreciate your frustration with not being able to speed the delivery up, however, as you said we offer free delivery on all of our orders. Also, if the shoe is in our main warehouse then the item is dispatched for next day delivery as a standard, but in some cases we do need to call certain shoes from our external warehouse and this is when deliveries can take a day or two longer and there is no way we can speed this up as we dispatch each and every shoe as quick as possible.
If you are purchasing for a gift in the future or need a shoe urgently then you can call us and we will be able to inform you of estimated delivery times.

We are very sorry to hear the box was not in perfect condition when you received it. We do take the upmost care in trying to not only look after the shoes but the outer packaging the shoes come in, as we appreciate certain items are purchased as a gift. However, on the rare occasion some boxes can get damaged in transit from our external warehouses and as we are only allocated 1 box per shoe it is often not possible to replace the box. We do hope you were happy with the shoes themselves and can assure you this is not often the case.
