It took over a week to move £5k of a transfer from an outside account to my share account

I have been a member for over 25 years and the service gets better every year I have recommended 1st class to several people

Extremely easy app to navigate and use, also any time i’ve had to speak to someone i’ve always found the experience very satisfying.

Very good especially during g new IT changeover, kept up to date on regular basis

Whenever I’ve needed a loan , 1st Class have always been there to help and without having to pay over the odds . The staff are friendly and very helpful. Can’t praise enough
