Helpful staff once you can get to speak to them
Agent on the phone was helpful but getting a response to emails and phone messages took a long time. On line renewal was not applicable to my needs

Good in Parts
I am asked by our charity members whether you are an ethical insurer. The Good Shopping Guide gives you a good rating on the Environment, but otherwise rates you poorly, which is a bit embarrassing!
