I would recommend Zurich to family & groups
Because any time I contact Zurich I have always had excellent feed back with any questions I needed answered Receptions always very polite & helpfull

Small club insurance
Signing up and renewals very easy. However luckily we have never had to make a claim, so do not know what the service would be like then. Hopefully just as good!
