The DPD parcel is still in their deport after 6 days, so much for next day delivery

Hi Jeffrey, I'm really sorry to hear there has been a delay with your parcel. As you may be aware, there is currently ongoing postal strikes which is effecting the whole courier network. I have tracked your parcel this morning, and can see there is a delay at the sorting facility which is likely due to the influx of parcels DPD have received due to the strikes. We are sincerely sorry for this, but unfortunately this is out with our control. We would advise downloading the DPD app, where you can track your parcel and also update any delivery preferences to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.
