Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. As discussed in both our email correspondence and over live chat on our website, you purchased 30m of our Home Range string lights which includes the 30m of lights and a timer power cord which is 5m in length. This is clearly stated in both the description of the product on our website and in the additional information tab. You therefor received everything you require to power the lights and to make them work. I'm sorry to hear you found us unhelpful, but we cannot agree to cover the return postage simply because the lights were unsuitable for your space.
