Hi Roger, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm really sorry to hear your lights didn't arrive in time for Christmas. The ongoing postal strikes are currently causing delays across the whole courier network and as a result, delivery times are far less reliable than usual. Upon checkout, there is a message to say that the estimated delivery time cannot be relied on and this is again mentioned in your order confirmation. I have just tracked your parcel and can see it was delivered yesterday. If you no longer need these lights, you are certainly welcome to return them to us within 14 days of you receiving them as long as they are unused and in a resaleable condition.

Product arrived in good condition and was as stated. The tip about changing the bulbs into your own holders was very useful and made sure the bulbs fitted my set of lights.
