We pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service and as such we are obviously very disappointed with the review given. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any frustrations you may have felt towards the end. We endeavour to alleviate this as best we can with proactive communication, however, in this instance the delays were unfortunately completely out of our control.
As explained we are unable to release the keys to a property until we receive authority from the sellers solicitors, which despite chasing, we did not get until late in the afternoon on this occasion. We are obviously saddened that the completion process was not the positive outcome we always try to achieve for all parties involved.
