Quite disappointed to hear you did not enjoy the pace of your tour and felt too much was crammed into your days. It sounds like you may have benefited from one of our Private or Tailor-made tours where you have more control over your itinerary and locations to visit. Thank you for letting us know of your experience while on tour and your thoughts and vies are always greatly appreciated. Your guides usually operate by prioritising the published itinerary first, followed by the optional extras. Your guides can be quite flexible so they can arrange the optional extras if this is what is requested. We also appreciate you felt more time was required at some attractions which can be difficult depending on your arrangements. We have noted your comments as we rely upon your feedback to to asses our customer satisfaction. The optional extra tours which are offered tend to change due to location and availability and are best advised locally about the types of experience on offer. You can find information about this in our brochure but we acknowledge that you feel this information should be made clearer.
