Customer care and satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we work very hard to ensure our customers' expectations are met and often exceeded. We regret to hear that you are disappointed with your room share and felt this detracted from your tour experience. In our experience, our tour groups are welcoming and we find that single passengers and couples integrate very well. As you can appreciate, we cannot match compatibility based on age or marital status and the number of single passengers can change at short notice. We do acknowledge your comments and disappointment but do hope that we can put this right in the future if you decide to travel with us again.
