You are correct your Vietnam Impressions tour allows you to fly from Birmingham, however with our fantastic limited special offer where our customers can also take advantage of two free nights in Cambodia, this is in conjunction with Cathay Pacific who regretfully do not fly from Birmingham in this special event. We sent you a confirmation email which kindly requests your passport eight weeks prior to departure, however we apologise if you feel this was not conspicuous. This then takes our visa department no more than four weeks to process so that you have your passport back in time for your holiday. Your Cambodia visa is only valid for three months from the date of issue, which is why we stick to these time scales.
