Avoid this company like the plague

Flights and hotel cancelled due to covid...hotel refunded..travel companion had her flights refunded 2 months ago..mine still not refunded for same flight..been waiting 3 months now..customer service...

Booked and had to cancel because of covid and yous charged me 100 euro for Adam fees ect a bit steep then you cud not get in contact with them will be booking anymore holidays with rip off love...

Respond to emails, answer phone calls, don't cancel "chats" part way through a conversation. Pay refunds as you are legally bound to do. Treat your customers with respect.
