We are sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with purchasing your policy.

There are a couple of options available to you, that may resolve your situation.

I can see from the travel dates on your policy, that your cover has not actually started yet. It may be possible for us to adjust the travel dates on your policy to meet your needs.

Alternatively, you are within the 14 days 'cooling off' period, which means that you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy with your purchase.

If you would like to discuss these options with us further, our Customer Services Team will be happy to help!

We recommend that you call the office, so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Easy to use and good value

Easy to secure insurance on the website and easy to use system. Not 5* due to a lack of easy to digest info on exactly what is covered although it is all in the small print...
