The initial interaction by telephone was brilliant. They were so helpful in finding the flight times I requested , polite and efficient .

Excellent communication and plenty of information about the holiday. Very good hotels in each location- close to amenities etc

Rather slow in sending out confirmation email - had to chase up. Had to phone a couple of times for clarification and request documentation that had not been received. I was dealt with politely and...
