Easy to use!

Pretty good, the only problem is that you are unable to specify seating request when you book restaurants.

Thank you for your feedback. For this Panamá Canal Dining Experience: Dinner at International Miraflores Restaurant event, the supplier does mention the following on our website: “Please note: tables are dependent on the availability of the restaurant. To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you book as early as possible. To reserve a table on the terrace or balcony, it is recommended to book at least 11 days prior to travel date. To reserve a table in the dining room, it is recommended to book at least 3 days prior. We have sent your special request to the supplier stating that you would like to have the balcony or terrace seating. Since you have booked very far in advance, we see no reason why this could not be accommodated, however, we will be in contact with you via email once we have received confirmation from the supplier. We hope this knowledge eases your concerns about booking with Viator. We hope to assist you again in the near future.

Above and beyond helpful

We had a specific schedule we needed due to arrival times. The tour time was “tba” later. We feared not making it but service person put us in touch with guide and all was worked out. Very helpful.

Have use them for a lot of day tours last september and October in Paris and the UK Great service Would definitely recommend them and I am going use them for more day trips myself next year

Has the best value among the HOHO tours as to convenience and variety of products offered. However, it would be better if we get the tour details along with the route map when we receive the emailed...
