Very satisfied.

Very efficient response, got information to confirm the booking received and then next day confirmation that service provider had accepted booking. Cheaper than through AirBnB as well!

Awful wish I could give you no stars, got completely scammed the company they used didn’t even exsist failed to drop my tickets off or pick us up for a seperate trip

Hello Sam,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience was not great on this occasion. Please note that the supplier requested your hotel details per email from you on February 9th. Unfortunately no reply was received. The supplier decided to wait for you at the Thang Long Theater but was unable to locate you.

In regards to the other reservation, we will request a refund on your behalf and notify you per email as soon as we receive a reply from the supplier.

We would appreciate your re-consideration of our rating on this survey as it pertains exclusively to the customer service you received at the time of booking your reservation.
