It is impossible to email the destination excursion offices to clarify meeting/pick up arrangements. When you are on a cruise you have no phone signal so cannot confirm meeting arrangements before...

Our system was designed with the utmost flexibility in mind, and we are disappointed that our service did not meet your full expectations on this occasion. We see that you have been in contact with our customer support team, and that a supplier email address has been provided to you. Additionally, we are un contact with the suppliers of your three tours in regards to your inquires. We appreciate your patience as we await their response. All information regarding tours are uploaded to our site from the supplier direct; this includes supplier contact details that are made available to customers booking on the Viator site. Due to contractual agreements, Viator is unable to provide any supplier information that has not been previously authorized by the specific supplier directly. In spite of this, we apologize for the inconvenience and do hope that your trip was both a pleasant and memorable one, and we hope to be of excellent service to you in the future.

Food service but could not deliver.

I got a lot of cooperation but the problem was that the shuttle service would not pick me up from my hotel and take me to jfk. I ended up getting a refund and using uber to make my trip.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and due to this, we confirmed that we have issued two full refund for both shuttle services that you were unable to take. Separate emails have been sent to you in regards to this matter. We would again like to express our deepest apologies for the frustration you and your party experienced as a result of unsatisfactory service as you did purchase the correct services that would get you from and take you to John F. Service was Excellent esp time planning was good.. Everything was smooth changing of train to go up to the mountains and the bus drive from Zurich. Both our tour guides (one of them under training)...
