Unfortunately, due to contractual terms set forth between Viator and the suppliers of our tours, we are unable to give out the exact address of the departure points for tours prior to a booking being made and confirmed in our system. An approximate area from which the tour departed was on the brochure page of your tour which stated, “The Miami bus and boat combo tour offers pick up from all hotels in Miami Beach, North Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, and Downtown Miami”. It is the supplier who determines which locations they will pick up from based on the itinerary and timing for their tour. We do understand that the information you were provided by the booking agent led you to believe that hotel pick up was possible from your hotel, and we greatly apologize that the supplier could not accommodate your request. We have confirmed that the full refund has been processed for this cancelled booking. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we will definitely use your comments to make improvements regarding how information is presented on our site from our suppliers. We see that you contacted our Customer Service team on 20 February and that we resent your voucher via email. The majority of our tours and activities allow the option to present mobile electronic vouchers. Your Skip the Line: USS Midway Museum supplier does accept mobile vouchers. There is an option to download your tickets from your confirmation email, or you can take a screenshot of your ticket that shows the bar-code which you would then present at the front gate for entry. We will definitely use your comments to make improvements regarding how information is presented on our site and on the Viator travel voucher tickets.
