Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration in not being able to complete your tours as intended due to them being cancelled by the suppliers last minute. This service operator allows us to sell this product with instant confirmation to our customers. At the time your booking was made, the service was available, however on this occasion the supplier had to make a last minute cancellation as the Escalade needed mechanical maintenance. The supplier did send a message as soon as your first booking was made stating that the transport unit was not available for your selected date, and would not be until 28 Feb. The same message was sent on your second identical booking which was made less than 24 hours prior to the desired pick up time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we have confirmed you have been issued a full refund for each cancelled booking. Separate emails were sent to you in regards to this matter. Last minute cancellations are not a standard practice with any of our suppliers or operators, and suppliers are required to provide adequate notice for any sold out tours or activities, if possible. We will be addressing your concerns directly with our supplier and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
