Pretty easy to book online but because of dodgy internet connection at our accomodation, we had to wait for confirmation.

I have used them often & I am always happy with the service & the tours especially the walking tours. I am disappointed that I no longer get a discount after booking a lot of tours.

Great way to see the city!
The tour guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. We were in NYC for one day and it was a great way to see the city without the crowds. I would recommend.

Informations required in the booking form where not confirmed/mentioned in the cobfirmation email/voucher leaving me wonder if my pick up is confirmed it not. No direct contact with the tour operator...
