Hi Craig, Thanks for your review. I did try to call to get this sorted for you but was unable to get through. I'm afraid we've been made aware of severe delays impacting Royal Mail, as such a lot of our customers are waiting extra time to receive their orders. That being said, we guarantee to offer a replacement or refund if your order does not arrive withing 10 working days (as this is when we can declare the package as lost). As the 10th working day for you is tomorrow, please let us know if your order doesn't arrive and we'll be happy to process the refund or replacement.

Hi there, Thanks for your review. I'm afraid we have been experiencing large delays with Royal Mail. While we have no control over the deliveries once we hand them to the courier, we do offer to issue a replacement if your package doesn't arrive within 10 working days. As such, if your package does not arrive by Monday please let us know and we'll issue the replacement straight away. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
