Please be assured that we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service on every occasion and I'm sorry to hear that on this occasion we do not appear to have provided this. Usually we would have to confirm the fault on the item first either from a photograph emailed to us or an inspection in store so that we can arrange for it to be swapped in the most timely manner possible. I understand that we were unable to swap the case via courier as we no longer stocked that particular model. We were under the impression that you were keeping the item and not going back to store so I do apologize for that. It is of course unacceptable that you were sent a less than perfect item and I apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused. If there is anything further I can do to help please let me know.
