confused
Easy to book but I don’t understand why I’ve paid for postal confirmation when you email it anyway and we have to print off our tickets at home?! Seems like an unnecessary cost and a waste of paper

It isn't clear if with a merlin pass you get the second day free for guest who do not own a merlin pass, as we have booked with this in mind.

Tried to make 2 bookings online for 2 different rooms. Website wouldn't let me so had to phone and half of my party was relocated to a different hotel or had to pay a lot mire than the original...
