Booking was easy! Good availability on dates I want. Confirmation email came through straight away. Facilities and Services for my trip are explained clearly.

Not easy to get through and the booking was wrong!!!
The online booking wouldn’t work so I had to call. I had to wait for 20 minutes to go on hold for another 5 minutes. When I got the confirmation email, the booking was wrong and when I tried to call...
