very unhappy with order

I had to wait nearly 3and a half weeks for my order to be delivered, and then one item was smashed. After the trouble I had getting the order I couldn't be bothered to contact you about it.

Ordered 2 times just before Christmas 1st time was sent the wrong order 2nd time order didn't arrive they really didn't care when I contacted them not helpful at all
