You clearly havnt resolved the complaint because you still haven't, investigated,why I recieved no correspondence, and left me uninsured for 2 months.

You Can't Pay Annually

Annual payment was not provided despite my going through the buying process twice and engaging with the chatbot/cs agent. You nearly lost the sale, suggest you fix this ASAP
