Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the outcome of your claim. We can see that £347.00 was charged by your Vet for an out-of-hours consultation surcharge. Under the policy, we can contribute up to £115 towards this surcharge where the Vet confirms that your pet was suffering from a life-endangering Injury, Illness or Condition. The only other item included in the claim was medication costing £35.15. When the applicable policy limitation and your £150 fixed excess are taken into account, the claim has been assessed correctly in line with the policy terms.
