Very satisfied

The only reduction was because the instructions to get to venue could be clearer. The course was as advertised. It was well taught and there was plenty of time for practice.

Hi Patience, MAPA was a trial course we ran in partnership with Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI). CPI set the guide price for their training course, I apologise if you thought it was too expensive.
