The content of the training course has been aligned to the Skills for Care guidelines and accredited by the CPD standards office, however, we take complaints such as yours very seriously and will be conducting a full review of what happened on this day to prevent any disappointment in the future. I know our office manager has your complaint also and will be responding to you directly before the end of today, including details of a full refund. Please respond to her directly concerning any future enquiries.
