Well, they look nice but my boy says that he is not feeling comfortable in those shoes. And I am dissapointed that STEP2WO don't do free returns.

What a shame! We are very sorry to hear these were not comfortable for your boy, as comfort along side style is very important to us. Unfortnately, you are correct, at this point in time we do not offer free returns, but instead offer free delivery over all £50 orders. This will be something we look at doing for the future. Great quality shoes bought in the sale. Delivery was a full week though.

We have looked into your delivery time and can see these took 4 days for dispatch which was within the 5-7 working day estimate for your order. As these were dispatched on a Friday you did not receive these until the Monday. If you are in urgent need of a particular shoe, then please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can give your a rough delivery estimate depending on the stock location.
